Sierra Bella - New Homes in Corona, CA

By Laura James, Fairmont Agency

@amy_fairmontagency and I had the opportunity to check out the Sierra Bella community in Corona recently. The homes were wonderful and we wanted to share our thoughts and insights with you.

OVERVIEW

Sierra Bella is an exclusive gated community at the western edge of Corona, located near Green River Road and Serfas Club Drive. The community is comprised of two single-family neighborhoods, Adagio and Sonata. Both neighborhoods combine luxury floorplans and breathtaking views. With six distinctive floorplans Sierra Bella could be the perfect place for your family to thrive.

Sonata, the more affordable of the two neighborhoods starting in the mid $700,000, aims to strike a balance with spacious homes, prime location and just a touch of luxury. Smart architectural designs filled with with tech-savvy home automation features creates a forward-thinking home that is comfortable yet functional. Featuring covered California Rooms with gas fireplaces, gourmet kitchens with expansive quartz covered islands and brand-new stainless steel appliances.

Adagio, the more expensive of the two neighborhoods starting in the mid-$800,000, features homes designed for entertaining. With the largest home designs at Sierra Bella these homes are complete with high-end architectural details and beauty both inside and out. Complete with expansive open layouts, luxury outdoor living spaces, and spacious, multigenerational homes for growing families.

Both neighborhoods feature state of the art connectivity. All homes come with the Connected Home, a Wi-Fi CERTIFIED™ Home Design that keeps the home connected to the most desirable technology brand device. The Baldwin® Evolved Smart Lock, which features touch-to-open convenience or via the Kevo™ mobile app. You can Issue eKeys to friends and family and monitor who comes and goes from your Connected Home. And the Honeywell Lyric thermostat that can be controlled through your mobile device and its geofencng capabilities to conserve energy when you are away. The best part all of this tech comes standard (WHAT?!?!?!)

Here were our favorites plans and features:

LAURA

Our visit to Sierra Bella surpassed my expectations!! I found the homes to be designed imaginatively and beautifully, and to top it off most of the amazing features were standard on the home (not something you will find with most builders where all the things you loved about the home are extras that could almost double the price of the house, but I digress). All of the home featured amazing wall accents, stylish light figures and beautifully designed kitchens. Moreover, the layouts were all incredibly inviting and family friendly.

Out of the homes we toured, my absolute favorite was the Adagio Plan 4. This home featured Lennar’s Next Gen® – The Home Within A Home® multigenerational home design. In layman's terms it is basically an apartment attached to the home with its own entrance. The Next Gen suite offers a living area with mini kitchen and a bedroom. This concept is perfect for families that have a grandparent or other adult living with them who would appreciate their own space and privacy (like mine!!) Not only is this concept genius, but the home and decor were amazing as well.

Entryway

When we first entered the home, I was blown away. The two-story open entry was was simply stunning with the bold stairway design and clear view through to the pool the entry was definitely a wow factor.

Kitchen

This kitchen was equal parts gorgeous and functional. There is ample counter and storage space. The layout has everything you need within reach and the in island sink was sizable and the two sided sink was a dream (my current farm sink while beautiful is not very functional). Best of all the kitchen was open to the dining and living rooms making hosting and watching kids a breeze.

Master Suite

Now I don't know about you, but I would love to wake up here!! The master suites was large, without being over the top, and filled with light. The ceiling was the kicker for me!!! I mean that detail and style is truly amazing.

Ridiculous Wall Design Elements

Walking through all the homes, I was in amazement as the gorgeous wall treatments from wallpaper, to stone, to tile, to wood deigns each home had captivating wall designs. Here are a few of my favorites from Plan 4.

Light Fixtures

As with the wall features, all the homes had beautiful statement light fixtures. Here are a few of my favorites from Plan 4.

AMY

I was also really impressed with the new Sierra Bella development in South Corona. My favorite plan was Sonata at Sierra Bella Plan 2. This particular plan is priced starting at $775,900. It is 2,891 square feet, with two stories, four bedrooms and 3.5 baths. What I really loved about Sonata was the unique floor plan and all the design details. In this floor plan, there are two bedrooms off of the hallway right when you enter. Then in the main living space, it has an open concept with the dining room, living room and kitchen all in one space. The master is directly off of the great room, and located in the back of the house. It has views of the backyard and direct access the the California Room / covered patio. Upstairs you will find the oversized bonus room and the fourth bedroom and full bath. I love how all of the bedrooms are spread out throughout the house for extra privacy.
